$100 per person (teams of four)

-18 Holes and Cart (9:00am Shot Gun Start)
-Buffet Dinner
-T-shirt
When confirming your entry please specify your T-shirt sizes and Team foursome.
Cut off date for sign-ups: June 10th.
Money is due at sign up or June 10th at the latest (Venmo or Cash) along with T-Shirt size!
We are limited so please get your teams registered and paid asap!

Elkdale does not allow bringing your own coolers in however you can purchase drinks to go from the bar for your cart.
